Some items in our store may be sold as pre-orders.
This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, the full amount will be charged at checkout.

Pre-orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
