"Intimacy" is a photobook by photographer Eiki Mori . Following his 2011 publication "Tokyo Boy Alone," which captured the lives of young people living in Tokyo and garnered attention, this is Mori's second photobook.

This book is primarily composed of photographs documenting everyday life spent with lovers and friends over approximately one year, from the summer of 2011 to the summer of 2012. The atmosphere created by the close relationship between Mori and his subjects, and the sparkle of light-filled objects, delicately capture the ordinary scenes of daily life.

While his previous work, "tokyo boy alone," was a portrait collection themed around "boys in Tokyo," this work shifts its focus to more personal and intimate relationships. The subtle tension that sometimes even feels unsettling permeates the peaceful scenes of everyday life is surely a testament to Mori's keen and delicate sensibility.

The book's design is by designer Daishiro Mori . The blurb on the dust jacket is by fashion designer Tsukasa Yamamoto, and the book includes an essay by Ikuo Shinjo (Professor at Ryukyu University) titled "For Mori Eiki's 'Intimacy'—The Dazzling Rhythm of 'Boredom' in the Shadows" at the end.
